the injury

work and life
Why refer to Momentum?
Momentum complements existing treatment plans by:
Enhancing engagement in recovery and rehabilitation
Supporting self-management and motivation
Encouraging a long-term recovery focus
Maintaining clear boundaries from psychology services
When to consider Momentum
Momentum may be appropriate when an individual:
Appears disengaged or stalled in recovery
Presents with multiple blue and/or yellow flags
Is medically stable but not progressing as expected
Requires additional non-clinical, psychosocial support
How Momentum Fits Within Recovery
Pathways
